Flying Yoga (aka Yoga Trapeze) is a surprisingly efficient way to improve strength (especially of the core, upper body and posterior chain), flexibility and balance, while benefiting from inversion therapy, which helps with spine decompression and muscle relaxation.
The Yoga Trapeze apparatus consists in a hammock, not higher than the waist level, and some straps with handles. It allows for a great variety of exercises and postures.
By the end of the class, you'll feel weightless and relaxed.
No past yoga experience is required.
