Bring the water element to your Yoga practice!
SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) Yoga is practiced using a 10-12' long board on calm bodies of water, such as lakes.
Your body has to continually adjust to the slight movements of the water, engaging different groups of muscles, especially the core. Your mind is less likely to wander as you'll naturally stay more focused in the present moment to keep your balance. The beauty of the surrounding sky and the water will add to the sensation of peace.
Bring your own SUP board, ideally with an anchor to your board doesn't drift away. Otherwise you'll have to use your paddle to get back to the group every now and then.
