I teach different styles of yoga, from Gentle to Power flow, as well as Hatha & Yin yoga in which we hold asanas (poses) for longer.
I prepare thoroughly each class, to tailor them to students' needs and to the current season and environment. For example, we might focus more on cooling practices in the summer while adding some vigor to the flow in the winter.
A typical class includes some breathwork, warmup, a series of asanas and a final relaxation.
